History

Etymology: with an edge, a border (from Latin: margo), in reference to the characteristic dark marginal and light blue submarginal bands, at Dorsal and Anal fins of male.

diagnosed from congeners, by a dark brown margin bordered by a blue submargin on Dorsal and Anal fins and a black spot on anterior border of Dorsal fin in male
